Investments will focus on innovative technological companies, specifically:

• Fintechs, Insurtechs, Regtechs and AI/DATA
• Agrotech and Industry 4.0 related companies in the agribusiness industry
• Cleantechs and companies related to the Circular Economy, Sustainability and Social Economy,

linked with the Bancassurance business of Crédito Agrícola (CA) Group and/or business industries of strategic importance to CA Group and/or contribute to the implementation of CA Group's Sustainability Policy.

Investments will be made in:

• Equity and structured loans in companies (from early stage to mature businesses);
• Pre-series, series A and B with a minimum investment of € 250,000 from CCCAM GI;
• Companies with significant commitment from the founders, who are willing to have an active hands-on partner and report on a regular basis;
• Projects involving co-investment with other entities, namely Funds and Venture Capital Companies and Business Angels;
• Venture capital funds specialized in the business industry sectors eligible for investment.

The company presentation / business plan should focus on:

• Presentation of the team and track record;
• Product / service description and / or solution;
• Market and opportunity analysis;
• Value proposal and competitive advantage;
• Main results / KPIs achieved;
• Investment plan and milestones;
• Financial projections in the medium term;
• Shareholders structure and funding sources.

The investments must comply with CCCAM GI investment policy and assessed according with:

• Founders / management team track record;
• Disruptive, innovative and scalable technology and processes;
• Products and services developed with implemented KPIs;
• Sustainable revenue model with proven market acceptance;
• Medium / long term winning projects that creates expectations for a successful CCCAM GI exit within a reasonable time frame;
• Return on investment aligned with the corresponding risk and investment time frame.
